Delivery & Returns


For a single purchase reaching HK$500 net, customer is entitled to one Free Delivery Service for one location within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & New Territories. Otherwise, delivery charges apply as follows :

HK$100 per location for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & New Territories. Discovery Bay and other outlying islands: Limited delivery services may be provided, depending on the final destination. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us for more information.

For buildings without a lift, there will be an additional delivery charge of $20 per floor.

Exchange & refund

  1. Customers are entitled to exchange products which are found to be damaged or not in good condition upon delivery. In such case, you can contact us to arrange for an exchange within 1 day of receipt. Otherwise under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.
  2. Wine or champagne above HK$750 per bottle or over 10 years old shall not be refunded in any event.
  3. Customer is responsible for returning the products to our shop at their own cost. 
  4. If we agree you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, you may return such product to us and apply the amount paid to buy alternative product(s).
  5. Original sales receipt or electronic receipt must be produced to request for a product exchange.
  6. All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
