This wine is from a plot in Crépy, one of the Savoie sub-appellations facing the West and Lac Léman. The vines are planted on glacial moraines, molasse and yellow clay.
The yield is 35hl/ ha, the Chasselas grapes are manually picked by hand in two passages for optimum ripeness. Soft pressing with fermentation at 16 °C. The wine is then aged in concrete eggs for 7 months before a light filtration on white soil, less than 30 mg/ L of sulphur is added during bottling.
Golden hue with green and amber reflections, the nose opens with concentrated fruits and balsamic notes. Flint, dried fruit, gingerbread, sage.
