The Solacium was the “garden of the delights” of Frederick II and we can’t miss the opportunity to take refuge there. Solacium is an ancient, aristocratic passito, an instant of ethereal rapture, a gentle and shy presence on the palate. Bearer of a long tradition, wisely thought by the founder of Cantine Pupillo and Giacomo Tachis, it is a patient note, sweet and pleasant, a canon indeed, a wine to endlessly taste without ever getting tired.
