Fiano di Avellino by Vadiaperti is an experience of rare territoriality. The company Vadiaperti was the first winery to bottle his Fiano in the first half of the eighties and now stands in a high position in the national and Campania wine scene. The main body of vineyards stretching around the cellar, on the hill Montefredane, just near the provincial capital; grapes of Fiano are brought to life on a clay soil that gives a depth of juice and intensity of flavour. A wine that best represents how good this grape can offer to our palate.
Grapes are harvested by hand, full clusters pressed directly, fermenting on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Wines are aged on fine less in tanks.
The wine is straw yellow with delicate notes of apple, pear green and hazelnuts. Elegant and fresh, supported by hints of elderflower and salted nuts with pleasant mineral notes on the finish.
